Structured Growth Campaign & Sponsorship Framework
Secure Life Consulting advanced from early-stage setup into structured planning this month. We established disciplined forecasting and business expense tracking, and we built a sponsorship framework that allows civic leaders, businesses, and community members to participate in strengthening digital resilience across Clarendon County.
What This Means for Clarendon County
Families gain tools to protect identity and finances
Small businesses access enterprise-level cyber awareness in a practical, understandable format
Municipal leaders gain a trusted partner for governance, infrastructure readiness, and response planning
Digital literacy becomes initiative-taking, intentional, and accessible in rural South Carolina
“Excellence, integrity, and service before self are not slogans — they are the foundation we are building on.”
Founder Reflection
This milestone is personal. I built Secure Life Consulting with a clear belief: rural communities deserve the same level of digital protection and strategic guidance as any major metropolitan region. Too often, the tools and training exist — but they are not accessible, not explained plainly, or not delivered with trust at the center.
For more than two decades, I worked in complex federal environments where governance, risk, and accountability were non-negotiable. Bringing that discipline home is both humbling and energizing. It is my way of turning experience into service — and service into lasting impact.
February represents a major step forward on the roadmap. The infrastructure is stronger. The services are clearer. Outreach is gaining traction. And the mission remains steady: protect what matters, build community confidence, and help people participate safely in the digital world.
With respect and gratitude, Scott L. Duke, III Founder | CEO
