Cancellation Policy

Booking & Appointment Policy Secure Life Consulting, LLC To provide a fair and professional experience for all clients, the following policies apply to all scheduled services. Payment at Booking Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This confirms your reserved time and allows us to prepare for your session. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled time. Each appointment may be rescheduled up to two (2) times. Additional changes may require a new booking. Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee. No-Shows Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be considered a no-show and the appointment will be forfeited. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will continue within the remaining scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients. Client Readiness Clients are responsible for having necessary devices, access, and connectivity ready at the time of service. Scope of Service Services are consultative and educational unless otherwise defined in writing. Recommendations are based on information available during the session.
